In the absence of a contract we will offer you support and service by an hourly rate. For transparency, please send us a written assignment or order with details about the support needed.
Is your system still up and running but it shows signs of decreased availability or performance? Secured by web offers support using its ticket system, Freshdesk. Any problem, systems adjustment, unclear video footage, licenses, data collection, data recordings or other malfunctioning can be reported in Freshdesk. The status and follow-up of your report will be displayed online and ready for you to view. Of course, to prevent any abuse, only authorized employees have access to this system.
